William Saintilus, Esq.

William, born and raised in South Florida, earned his Bachelors from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. In law school he broadened his global perspective by studying abroad in Kyoto, Japan, where he immersed himself in Japanese culture. During his time at Michigan State he also completed internships with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Mr. Saintilus began his legal career at the Broward County Public Defender's Office, where he gained invaluable experience as a trial attorney advocating for the marginalized members of our society. That foundation of courtroom advocacy carried him into a decades long practice of complex civil litigation, handling personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, catastrophic property damage and automobile liability cases.

Today, his practice is dedicated to two critical moments in people's lives: when they have been injured due to someone else's negligence, and when they want to protect their family's future through estate planning. He combines litigation experience with practical legal strategy to advocate for the injured while helping families create estate plans that safeguard their assets and legacy for generations.

A recognized leader in the South Florida legal community, Mr. Saintilus is an active member of numerous bar associations and serves as Vice President of the Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter of the National Bar Association. He is also a proud member of 100 Black Men of South Florida, reflecting his deep commitment to community impact beyond the courtroom.
